What a pathetic experience in customer service. I took a watch to have the bracelet shortened and was treated like they had something better to do than see a customer. The gentleman (and I use the term loosely) couldn't be bothered to serve me, so he directed me to a woman who was rude and crude. They were so rough with the watch that I decided to leave, even though it wasn't quite short enough; I just had to get out of there! I paid my bill, but will never go back. I fully understand Quebec, and the French language, but it really doesn't take much intelligence or effort to say "Thank you" to your customer! Salut la visite!

Sells me a chain that broke the first time I put it on the person I gave it to as a gift! I went to exchange it as it was defective and I was told too bad it's past 10 days! Thats the last time I'm stepping foot in this store. A 200$ chain should come with more than a 10 day warranty!
