I have family who stored a utility trailer in their facility. It was broken into and vandalized. When approaching the owners for the surveillance video. They could not provide it, understandably because there were no video records.

Everything from customer service to the units themselves is average. Units are taller than you may find elsewhere.

Manager is rude and untruthful. Assistant on the phone is also not truthful. These people will do anything, and I do mean anything, to take your storage money and not provide with you with honest service. For example, they’ll claim you rented a unit when you didn’t, and make up stories so they can charge for ‘late’ payments, etc. After weeks of wrangling, I managed to get the charges removed but they should never have been on there to begin with. Be wary, people, and be very afraid when doing business with this branch.
