In-Tune Marine is the gold standard for boat sales in the Midwest. I have traveled to multiple states and have worked with multiple dealers. While I did have some good experiences, In-Tune has been without a doubt my best experience. It is for that reason why I continue to go back. They make the boat buying and service process very easy and worry free. They have treated me fairly and work hard to turn the project over as quickly as possible to ensure I don't miss any time on the water. Brian Bengsten and Aaron Teal have been great resources for me and my Dad who also purchased from them. Don't hesitate to reach out to them with questions.
In-tune was fantastic working with me to find and get exactly what I wanted. Brian spent hours with me talking through options and different boats to make that happen. They have been first class in service before and after the sale. I would highly recommend In-Tune for your next boat purchase. Buy a Vexus you will not be disappointed! In Tune Marine is the best boat dealer I have worked with. I have been lucky enough to buy several new boats over the years including Cobalts and a Ranger. The whole buying experience was fun and easy. Brian was great to work with. He answered all of my questions. He introduced me to several of the staff and they were all great. He took me through the boat while on the showroom and then we went on the water. He demonstrated everything and we confirmed everything was working. No other dealer went on the water with me. Sara made the paperwork easy and had a nice package with all the required documents needed to register the boat ready when I got there, the "blue folder". She even downloaded and filled out the sales tax form for my state. Amy was a delight to chat with. If you are looking for a boat, make sure you talk to the good people at In Tune Marine. They Rock.

Brian and company at InTune Marine were fantastic! I was in the market for a used boat for a very long time and found a listing in Facebook Marketplace. InTune is in Minnesota and I am in Philadelphia, Pa halfway across the country. Brian engaged with me remotley and gave me virtual video tours of the boat and walked me thru the whole process. I have never purchased a car site unseen let alone a boat. Brian coordinated the purchase, paperwork and delivery of the boat. Gary the delivery man and his wife were extremely nice in meeting me, reviewing the boat in person and walking thru the paperwork. The follow-up on the purchase by Sara was great as well. A+ for me!!
Excellent customer service, friendly, professional in aspects of knowledge in products they market, and the prompt action in the parts and repair service group. The atmosphere within the group is not aggressive to make the sale, but interested to make sure you understand exactly what the customers needs are, and give you a clear understanding what you are purchasing, not what they want to sell you. This qualities are rare to find in many markets today, especially in the service area but not at "In Tune Marine". Thank you for your service, you just gained a customer!!
