This is possibly the worst food I have had. We ordered chicken strips, they were like eating leather. The rest of the order was terrible, the rice was not cooked, the chop suey was also not cooked correctly. We were ordering from China Star unfortunately out of business due to a fire this plase does not even come close to Chinese food. Good luck ordering from here... Parking: Very few spots.
Customer Service was tasteless I will never spend my money here. Praying you go out of business just as another restaurant in the area. Wouldn't want a rude individual cooking over my food.
We had the egg drop soup, beef peapods, and egg foo young. All of it was very good.
This was our first time ordering from here, and probably the last. The food was less than good. The pot stickers and egg rolls were way overcooked, the beef chop suey was so salty, and the egg foo yung had no flavor at all. Weve been looking for a good chinese food place since June Heng changed owners, and this wasnt it.
This place is awesome! A hidden gem in Roselle. The very best Chinese takeout food I've ever had. The vegetables are always crisp and fresh, portions are big. My wife and I are able to get several meals out of the leftovers and the leftovers are just as good as the first meal. You are great, please don't change a thing and don't move from your current location. Thank you so much for taking pride in what you do. I'm a loyal customer that will not go any other place but Jin's Chop Suey. As far as I'm concerned there is no other place. Thank you again.
Took twice the time they quoted , over cook chicken sticks, egg rolls , and Cantonese pan fried noodles. Spent $90 on a large order and didn’t even get packets of hot mustard sauce or hot sauce for the potstickers. They have their lobby separated with tables I had a stand in a small space with six other people. Where is the social distancing. The other choice I had was a staying out in the freezing cold. Won’t be going back
The food is pretty good but it does greatly depend on what you order. I'm not a huge fan of the spring rolls, but I like the veggie fried rice. Veggie chop suey could use a wider variety of veggies, though, as there's not many. There are a lot of vegetarian options, at least one for each type of dish as well as several specials.
Very affordable & speedy! Love the Wonton soup & Egg rolls. You need to request hot mustard. All dinners are Home Made & delicious!
Decided to try a different local Chinese restaurant for delivery, but was disappointed by this pick. I was told 45 minutes for delivery, had to call after waiting for an hour with no food, to which I was told the food was on the way. It was another 20 minutes before it got to me, the driver complained about "heavy traffic" in a spot where there usually is none. This place is just 5-10 mins away. BBQ pork with Cantonese noodles had very fatty meat, with more oily noodles than anything else. Pad Thai was flavorless and tasted nothing like Pad Thai. It had 2 different kinds of noodles, like they ran out of rice noodles and tossed something else in. Sweet & Sour chicken was decent. Egg rolls were unremarkable. I won't be ordering from here again.
