Quick friendly service and exceptional quality. You definitely get your money worth here. I highly recommend the dragon roll and kung pao chicken. The sushi rolls are not small or skimpy like a lot of other places. Great Chinese and Japanese cuisine.
Great spot in Roselle for an Asian meal. There are several vegetarian options, many of which are or can be made vegan. I definitely recommend the Kung Pao tofu! Dinner options are on the larger side - I always end up with leftovers. Service is fine. The outdoor seating in warmer weather is a big plus. Despite being what they advertise as "a little understaffed," I was reasonably able to be seated, served & provided for for lunch. Clean interior, modestly up scale. Interesting menu, good qualities as pertains to the food. I only had the hot & sour soup with Thai Basil Shrimp though.
Took the family here to celebrate my daughter's birthday and over all really enjoyed everything. Would've given 5 stars for the service, but it seemed that once the bill was paiddaughter's boyfriend took care of it before we even asked for the check we never had our server return to our table to ask if anything else was needed, such as coffee, dessert, or whatnot. Eneded up going elsewhere for dessert and to sing HBD....Other than that, we'll definitely be back!
Ordered the Spicy Lady and Crunchy Lobster roll. Both were tasty and had plenty of lobster and filling. Would order again if I’m the area.
Idk what is going on. But they have noodles in the miso soup. I've never seen anything like it. At first I thought maybe they accidentally mixed soups or even possibly dumped someone else's soup in mine. But apparently upon calling. It is normal to them. This is an odd miso soup. The tempura was ok. I found it odd they added fries to it lol. I have yet to try my other dishes and I'm frankly a bit scared Just tried their salad. They packed it so tightly in a container, it's like a ball of squished leaves. Odd :
Went here for lunch and it was way better than I had anticipated. I got the dried chili chicken and it was by far one the most delicious dishes I've ever eaten. The heat from the chilli's was killing me but the flavor was so damn worth it. Would definitely come back again just for that dish. Top tier.Food: 5/5
New owners have improved quality and customer service has improved greatly. I have dined in, takeout, as well as delivery and it has been consistently good The food is so very delicious and food pickup is always on time. I love the variety between Chinese and Japanese. Long live 8000 Miles! This came recommended to us from a local and I am so lucky they shared this place! I love that I can order delivery direct from the website so more money can go directly to the restaurant. I just had the Sichuan dumplings- they were wonderful!!! The perfect level of Sichuan heat The menu is a perfect balance of traditional Chinese dishes from the 'legacy menu" which I love and "American style" Chinese dishes which my partner loves. The Sushi is fresh and well made with care. I love Chinese and Japanese food, and this is our go-to!
