I used to go here all of the time. I was driving by and stopped in to grab lunch. They changed the way they make their egg foo young which is what I always got there. It was not good. Definitely will be looking for another place. Pot stickers were better this time though.Food: 3/5
Small Chinese restaurant, but a hidden gem within the Winfield and Wheaton area. Friendly cashier and cook, was able to order ahead and pay in the restaurant. Lunch specials are my go to, specifically the pork lo mein special. Never lets me down! Jin's China has consistently served my family and I tasty food at a great price.Food: 5/5
Been going here for about quite a few years. Started out really good but hit or miss lately. Staff seems to have changed a few times. Layout in front has also changed. Unfortunately with every change the taste and quality of the food has gone down. Really hard to find a good Chinese restaurant.
Huge variety and massive portions. Food was still piping hot after being delivered. Some dishes could use more seasoning but definitely would order again!
The food here was really good! Only complaint would be that the fried rice was a bit bland, but the flavor of the entre made up for it. We will definitely be ordering here again!
We love this place! We have lived in the area over 10 years and will never go anywhere else. Nice family owned business with best food ever! I love the beef egg rolls!
I was very disappointed I thought it would have been more authentic Chinese cooking a lot of it was frozen and then thawed out and cooked especially the dumplings the dumplings were frozen and then they went ahead and steamed them that's not the way I wanted them done I wanted the potstickers cook properly not much meat not much wrapping a real disappointment all together if you want real authentic Chinese food I recommend you go to New Hong Kong in Bartlett off of Lake Street you'll get your money's worth and you won't be disappointed I speak the truth
The food was not enjoyable. My wife threw hers away. The shrimp are rubbery with the stringy poo still in there. She couldn't get passed the smell of her food and threw it away. The general tso's chicken and crab rangoons were the worst I can recall having. I don't know why this place is rated so well. I have buyer's remorse. Should have gotten pizza.
This is the best place in the area for Chinese food. My family has been ordering from here for at least 10 years. I am vegan and they are always super accommodating with my requests for substitutions. I have tried other Chinese places around here and they can never even come close to Jin’s. Highly highly highly recommend
Love excellent Chinese food but where can you find it? Jin's! Often difficult in this food category to go by referrals, we were searching for a good go-to place for carry out. As a first time walk-in I was warmly greeted by an attentive young man who patiently took my order in the midst of a barrage of phone calls and other customer interactions. Within 10 minutes our order was ready to go! Best chicken egg rolls ever! Enjoyed spicy Hunan beef and General Tso's chicken, delicious soup and pot stickers. Conveniently located with easy access. Please support this local family business.
