The driver Stephen was extremely rude. I ordered TAKEOUT & about 20 minutes later I get a phone call from “Stephen”, he’s yelling at me asking where my house was at. I told him nicely that I didn’t order delivery & then he says “you most definitely did!” And I repeated to him that I did not, but I do understand people make mistakes so I told him I can give him my address & pay the fee if there was one. He then started cursing at me telling me he does not have time to reroute his system because he has a lot other deliveries to do & then told me to talk to them at the store. My fiancé goes to the store and reorders, tells them what that guy said to me on the phone call and how rude he was. The lady was extremely nice about it and made it up to us. I was fine with the mistake, I didn’t even care but I do care about the man being extremely rude and cursing at me when I was being nice about the situation.

tried ordering again. Maybe they had a bad night or are used to covid protocols. The driver literally THREW MY FOOD onto my porch and walked away. I had put specific please knock on door instructions on my order. I even tried confronting the driver to ask why as they were about to get in their car and leave. I asked "did you seriously just threw my food on my porch?" and I'm fairly certain he shouted "have a good f$$*$n night" to me and left. =×=×=×= Delivery driver didn't even knock on the door to get my signature for my card authorization. I would not have known food was on my porch if i wasn't waiting more than half an hour and wondering if it was gonna show up by watching the cameras casually. So much for tip culture, can't do their basic job so why tip.

I walked through the door and it reeked of something that could best be described as urine. Stood at the counter for around 2min waiting for the 2 workers behind the counter to finish their conversation before I walked out. Will not be returning.

I ordered a sandwhich from them. After 45 min of waiting i called them and explained what i was experiencing. They gave me a credit but was still expectes to pay for a sandwhich that i didn't receive... i called back and manager said i can either take the credit or get my money back. They wasted my entire lunch break and only got my money back no free sub for next time nothing... pretty sad.

Not impressed compared to JJ's in Seattle and Bellingham. They were out of turkey which is easily 2/3 of the meu and I heard "we're out of clean <something>; that's fine just use the old one" while waiting for my sandwich. Yikes

Very grateful they were so kind and generous when our orders weren't exactly right. Steven, our delivery guy, was amazing and checked in us after our order was fixed to be sure everything was satisfactory. So refreshing to have top-notch customer service!

They do a good job. I've come in there at the goofiest times. They will be getting ready to close.. tunes turned up a little more than usual. Only one person on sandwiches. Or super busy with several people cracking them out for some monster order. I don't think I've ever had a "bad" sandwich. Some slightly better than others, maybe, but really quick and consistent for most part.

Came back from my favorite Seattle camera shop on the Bremerton Ferry and the wife wanted Jimmy John's. The #7 and #9 were great and they are so fast we were home in no time ! Great sandwiches that we have quite often. The best service ever !
