Jimmy John's

We got this Jimmy John's for dinner and my husband's sandwich was wrong and they delivered us another new correct sandwich. Excellent customer service and working very hard even when understaffed I assume since everyone is hiring right now

This particular location would not be a good choice in my opinion. The customer service was horrible. I typically would not leave a negative comment but it was really rude behavior and unacceptable.

Used the mobile app to place my order while sitting in the parking lot. Watched them put the box on the shelf, not knowing it was my order. Got notified 15 mins later that my order was ready to be picked up. Get a free sandwich with use of mobile app.... I wonder why...

Kept to the slogan "Freaky Fast", even in rush periods, less than a minute from order to receiving. Staff were professional and orderly, one slight mistake in order was corrected immediately.

I ordered a #12 and my husband ordered a #16. Neither of them say they have onions, but there were onions on our sandwichs...so gross. It was very disappointing.

The workers were polite , I would get a job at Jimmy John's
