I was charged extra for meat when I didn't ask for it and extra salsa when I didn't ask for it they are over charging just because they made big scoops they should ask if I asked for extra before they charge me they have lost a customer qudoba is way better and they don't charge you for toppings
Found meat in Sofritas order. There was a piece of meat in sofritas bowl. Upon calling the restaurant they didn't even care about it. I am a vegetarian and I value it greatly insted of listening to me the manager hanged up and didn't even refunded.
Very unwelcomed when we went in to get our food. Unfortunately we cannot wear and did not have masks. So instead of helping us find a solution. They refused to serve us. What is our world of freedom coming to?

Just picked up my order. Guac was brown and stinky. Called them and all they said was "thanks for letting us know". So most likely be the last time I visit this location!
