Jimmy John's

Jimmy John's is my go to delivery option. There always fast, friendly, the food is always fresh. Why would I say anything other then good things. I enjoy Jimmy John's and so do my dog Sanders.

Very unprofessional service and appearance. All the employees were wearing sweats and non-work apparel looks frumpy & unclean. I was handing the guy at the register my change for my payment and the other guy who was making the sandwiches grabbed the change from me with his gloves on. He then went and grabbed another piece of bread after touching my money. Not sanitary. Probably won’t eat here again :/

Very nice. No-frills, it's a counter-serve. But friendly and VERY fast! I had gone to Abra Auto repair to get a windshield replaced reviewed very favorably elsewhere and had some time to kill. So I walked a ways, across the interstate to a strip mall. Good sub! Nice little place.

My mother ordered a side of salt and vinegar chips and for my Italian and I got Jalapeño chips? Why? I mean it’s pretty simple. I have picture proof by the way

Bunch of kids working there no customer service skills. Cashier wasn't to helpful then the sandwiches were put together very sloppy. This is my very first time going to a Jimmy John's and this place is terrible when I asked what kind of sandwich it was the guy acted like a total jerk like i was suppose to know I'll never to back to this place find another location and join the club because after I fixed our sandwiches it was good

We received the best service in over a year! There was only one young man working over dinner and he was stellar!! Even though he was crazy busy he kept his cool! I had ordered a #12 he accidentally made a #14 yet graciously remade my unwitch exactly the way I ordered it! So kind as he filled walk-in orders and online orders!!! He did everything RIGHT!!

Terrible Serbians lazy staff. Takes 5 minutes for one sandwich when everyone stands around with their hands in pockets.

Rang up wrong size sandwich, specifically told staff 2 times for hot peppers. Paid 23.03 for a giant gargantuan without peppers. Called store guy apologized. Advice, look at the order and listen to the customer. 4 people got it wrong. 06/08/22 6pm. Threw sandwich in the garbage, very disapointed!

Very slow service, i ordered the bread on the picture and they didn’t even bother to wrap it!

I love their sandwiches. They’re so good. However 2 weeks ago their was an error where it wouldn’t place the online order but it’d still take your money. I was told I wasn’t the only one and that the money would be refunded within a week and if it wasn’t to call. So this past Wednesday I called as I hadn’t received my refund. It was $41, not just a $10 order. The first manager I didn’t get her name she was very very rude and she first lied and said it was because they don’t take that type of payment , which they do. It’s a Visa card lol and when I addressed I know they do as I’ve used it many times before she then kinda giggled and goes ‘well it’s not my problem’ …excuse me? Oh sorry are you not management ? She told me I had to dispute it, which I did and the bank said the merchant aka jimmy johns would have to verify it. So it still came back to them in the end. The second manager I talked to was Travis. He was nice and wasn’t happy with the first manager and had me describe her so he knew who it was. Was a lot nicer and said he’d take care of it. He didn’t really do much though, the third manager I know how many managers do they have lol his name was Vincent and he was VERY nice, very understanding. He actually pulled up my transaction and gave me details about what was going on and what they could see on their end which the first 2 didn’t. He said he’d contact the bookkeeper after he got off the phone with me. And then 2 days later Friday I was notified that I received my refund. That first woman manager though is an absolute joke and shouldn’t be in management. Awful service from her. Besides her all is well here and would’ve been 5 stars if she wasn’t here
