Friendly staff at this family owned Dairy Queen in town. Quick to place order, however the orders take a little bit to get processed and sometimes the ice cream can come out more soft/melty, than expected. Haven't ordered the food from this location.Food: 4/5
Would give a 0 if possible. It’s unfortunate that they don’t have camera to reflect back on their “works” watched the guy wipe himself with a rag and the proceeded to wipe our drinks with the same rag. I wanted to tell them I wouldn’t want their drinks/milkshake, but unfortunately I am one to give second chances, this isn’t our first time coming here with similar experiences. Would probably recommend to train staff to be a little more friendlier to color of people. It seems just Elk River itself has failed people of color. Came in this evening, just to not be welcomed but a white couple comes in and everyone greets them and ask how they’re doing lol. So it’s sad to see this “small town” be so friendly to Caucasians, but not to color folks.
On a hot day what's a great treat? We needed a stop on our road trip and this dairy queen was the perfect stop I had a salted caramel blizzard. Which we pretty much can't go wrong with any blizzard. Anyway I barely placed my order and it was ready
Been there many times over the years. Always great service and food. The young lady who made my order today has been working there for several years and always does an outstanding job. Tonight, 8/3/22, tables and seating kind of dirty and needed wiping down.
I asked for a pup cup, which is available at other dairy queens for free. This dairy queen charged me $3 which was 75% the cost of my blizzard, which was NOT turned upside down. Other places give about one ounce pup cups for free. This was insane! I won't go back!
The Dilly bar was nice and cold lol Service was great. The girl had some beautiful tattoos on her left arm
Ketchup packet was put in for size comparison. $6 3 piece meal, feel like it should cost $2.99....maybe. photo not shown but I recieved 3 mini strips and a what seemed like a half order of fries. They did put my blizzards in the freezer while my mini strips cooked.
We were going to enjoy our BOGO blizzards in the warmth! Only ones dinning in, saw like 10 door dashers rocking it!Food: 5/5
The food was really good. Employees were friendly but it seemed like it took forever, I only ordered 2 chicken strip baskets no drinks. Easy to get to and plenty of parking and room. There isn't a drive thru at this location. I'd definitely go back, the food was really good.
Chaos there. This Dairy Queen is in a weird location. Part of the eating place is across the road. I watched children run across it without even looking for cars to eat their ice cream. Scared me a couple of times... But that said.. The staff was nice and the product well made and tasty.
