Story

Jim River Ranch offers hunting opportunities for every type of wild game found in South Dakota. Including pheasant, grouse and prairie chicken, turkey, all waterfowl (SD has several waterfowl seasons from Sept-May). Big game hunts include Mule and Whitetail deer. Predator hunting for Coyote, Prairie dogs!

The folks here are wonderful. The lodge is homey. The hunting is great. Plus they have the most awesome GSP named Trip that I have ever hunted over.

I've been going to SD for 20 years. Been there done it. I went with a group of guys to Jim River Ranch this fall and I can say without any reservation that it was the best trip ever. The owner Jesse and his staff were super. I came as a quest and left as family. Birds, dining and facilities 1st class at a reasonable price . Lord spare, I and my oldish retriever will go back this fall. Jack Nebl
