Not sure if anyone in the retiree filled town is going to read, nor does the owner care. Called on Monday and they agreed receive my car on Wednesday for a inspection. Did exactly so, only to have to call back and being told "have no time for anything, including inspection after three weeks". Asked them can I have my car back at 5:15 since I finish work at 5 and was told can't wait for a minute more after 5. Had to borrow another car, lost 30 minutes of work. Expressed my concern and politely stated being disappointed, but was ready to take an appointment. Now here's the owner: No, you ask this you ask that, we don't have time for you. since you are disappointed, go somewhere else, thank you and goodbye - being thrown out of the store with laughs at the back. I am not going on the ethnic minority manner but clearly this garage has too many customers to not give a crap about reputation

I find Jiffy Auto Service, courteous and knowledgeable. This is a good place to go if your vehicle needs electrical, engine tuning, or alignment services, while you are in Hawkesbury Ontario.
