Do not work here. Family relations in this company run deep therefore you have a lot of useless workers who are entitled to the easiest jobs on sites. Pay is also very poor for the construction industry. I was also told lots of stories about injuries on sites form old worn out equipment and even two guys that had died working on one of their crews. Formans make fun of other formans for being useless and not knowing what they are doing, same goes for employees. They will overpay subcontractors to run a site then bring in there own employees for a quarter of the cost that have no idea what they are doing. Do not work here if you want good pay, good coworkers or value your way of life because it could end.
