Blast from the past. It felt like saying somewhere in the 90's and that's not a bad thing per say. 
The owners (who live on site) were very friendly. And the rates are very decent if you just need someone to sleep real quick. 
They have chips candy and coffee and microwave soup for sale in the office if needed. And free wifi.

We paid for $60 plus HST for a room. The room is ok if you are not picky and all you want is a bed to sleep. The wifi only some times work if you keep the room door open ( we have 2 iPhones and 1 iPad and a laptop, none of them can keep connected ), the toilet barely flushing, and TV doesn't work at all.

The Indian lady working there seems very friendly and smiley, but she couldn't solve any problem.........
