Staff went out of their way to help me find a style I wanted and worked for me. When my glasses broke they were really helpful in getting the warranty to cover brand new frames. The exam was very thorough as well.

This is a cornerstone of eye care in this area. Only two other places from to Commercial Drive have eye physicians and eye prescription services all under a single roof. If your eyeglasses need repairs, the technicians usually do them quickly and courteously.

Dr Jessica Chan is so knowledgeable and a true professional and the most caring. She went above and beyond to help me with adjusting my magnification loupes which Was not even purchased from them. Highly recommend her.

On 2018, one the doctors at this place moticed something in my eyes that was very delicate yet important for my health. The eye exam was a bit pricier than other places, but it was totally worth it.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff are here. I’ve had Dr. Lo and Dr. Chan do my exams and they were so informative and kind, excellent at their job and seem to really love their profession.
