Had a great experience they were fast, pleasant and accommodating! Would highly recommend this location! They also were great supporters of the Special Olympics campaign and new just what I was talking about!
Stopped in for Jersey Mikes after a long day of travel. All staff members were very rude, not friendly at all. The lady behind the counter was very rude to me, cold, and sloppily made out sandwiches. The gentleman was making fun of me for ordering it the wrong way didn’t know you could do that? We planned to dine in but opted to eat in our car because of the negativity coming from staff. TERRIBLE customer service. Sub was ok, will never return to this location.
If I could give a 0, I would. Ill never go back. Ordered through DoorDash online, both sandwiches showed up incorrectly made. Drove to the store at 820pm to find the door locked open till 9pm. Two female employees were standing inside cleaning and came to open the door only to say "we needed to close early tonight, you can talk with my manager tomorrow." Even after explaining I was there due to their incompetence, they still refused to re-make the order and proceeded to literally lock the door in my face and walk away. I was astonished by the not only the complete lack of customer service but more so the ignorance. Don't waste your time going here.
Much Better Service than the Lathrup Village location. Subs are ALWAYS Ready for pick - up at the correct time, when Ordering Online.
Went in to order and they were very busy. A man came from behind the counter to the end of the line to take orders and wrote them down. I took the ticket and paid them sat down to wait. When my sandwiches were ready he came from behind the counter and walked over to me to hand me my order. Despite being busy he was working very efficiently, and going above and beyond to provide good service.

Funniest experience... Lady behind the counter was flipping her lid that people were ordering food at lunchtime. 4 of us ordered similar hot sandwiches and it took quite the time to get them. Others were waiting for online orders as well. Nobody complaining at all. The counter lady was complaining to other employees that we should have ordered online for 4 sandwiches and complained about many other things as well. She also threw every sandwich on the counter at the customers the entire time we were there. I don't think she was meant for this type of work. A different path would be suggested. Food was great as usual.
I placed a catering order for our school for a holiday party. A lot of detail went into the order as it was for quite a few people. The kids eat lunch at a specific time and only have a half hour to eat. When I went to pick it up, the store was closed at 11:45 am and a sign on the door said “We are closed today. Sorry for the inconvenience.” What? No phone call to tell us? Well, your neighbor Jimmy John’s pulled through with outstanding last- minute service for a catering order!!! I will never go to this Jersey Mike’s location again.
I go here all the time for my lunch break, and every experience has been fast and friendly. Ethan and his staff are very helpful and great at making suggestions if you’re indecisive like me. I highly recommend this place for anyone whose a fan of tasty sandwiches and excellent customer service.
