Always a treat when in the area. Consistent quality and fast service. A guilty pleasure for sure. Best to indulge right before hibernation though. I always get 2 doubles with cheese, fries and a coke. It hits the spot each time.
Ordered over the phone. They had the food ready quickly. Burgers were on point. I actually like the unseasoned fries. Great customer service.
You’re paying premium Birmingham prices for what amounts to a $1 cheeseburger available at other slider locations. For $2.30, you get a traditional Detroit style slider. I wasn’t a fan of the steamed bun, which was more soggy and wet than steamed warm. The meat patty didn’t have much flavor.
Hunter House Birmingham has consistently delivered with quality sliders for years. I have been going here for around 8 years now, can't beat the taste. Always worth a drive out. They are also COVID compliant, no worries on that front.
