This location is spot on and the crew is always friendly. As always this place is clean as can be and fast service with a smile. The young man in the picture can honestly run this place by himself. Give him a raise. Food was delicious

Out 3rd time visiting this location as my husband and I travel to GR from Monroe area. ALWAYS super FRIENDLY, knowledgeable, FAST, and DELICIOUS!! This is where we stop for food from here on hot! We sit down for work meetings knowing we are all going to want Jersey Mike’s! The Okemos location is 100/10 and their social media is just as good
We orders our food at around 8:30 at 8:36 we received our food which was fast I thought for a family of 5. As we were paying we were told in a rode voice that if we were eating the food here that we would need to be out in 20 minutes because their lobby closed. I said ok will be done by then anyways. At 8:50 they once again go get our lobby is closing soon and basically seemed to be forcing us out. As we left they locked the door behind us which is was still 5 minutes early from their closing time. Food was good customer service sucked and won’t be going back.
The worst customer service, will not eat here again. Very rude staff, also the music that was playing was swearing nonstop and extremely inappropriate.
Great Service. Great staff. I couldn’t make up my mind on what I wanted. I told the guys to surprise me with a sub and they made me a sub that was out of this world. Thank you for great food and great service.
Had a large order for my basketball team and the crew at this store absolutely crushed it! Very impressed, would highly recommend this store.

We just stopped in for a quick bite tonight, Oct 17, 2022 at the Okemos Michigan location. The employees were all very friendly and pleasant even though we ordered and ate inside 15 minutes before closing. They are a great crew that sets the bar high for other restaurants and employees to follow. The subs were delicious! The restaurant was extremely clean. We hope to stop in on our next visit through the area. And this was my first time eating at Jersey Mike’s but you have just made some new customers. We love the fresh food that was served!
