Served warm bottle water then when I ask for a cup of ice I get a shot glass. Poor customer service I will never return

Absolute best quality, taste, everything.

Charlie's makes my favorite spicy hot subs. Their fries are excellent as well. They tell me it is the super hot peanut oil they cook them in that makes for the tasty crispy outside and soft center.

Almost 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, at the time it took to make just 1 order I could have went and sat down to eat and had drinks served to me while I waited. I could have went to Subway and back in less time it took for my sandwich to be made.

Love the food. Employees are nice
