Story

Jerome’s was opened by Jerome Starr in 1979 near the corner of Yonge Street and Castlefield Avenue in North Toronto. Today, it occupies a NEW location at 2603 Yonge Street, just two blocks north of their original location but honors the same ambition. At Jerome’s we want to help men radiate a look of success. In our view that look is composed of contemporary garments of excellent cut and colour, well-fitted and worn with confidence.

Jerome’s is the finest menswear store I’ve come across. Both Jerome and his son Michael are attentive and helpful without being pushy. Very classy and well-curated, their products are exceptional. It’s like they catered their fit and styling exactly for me. A wonderful experience! I will be back the next time I’m in Toronto for sure!
I cannot say enough good things about Jerome's Menswear. My father has been shopping there for years and when COVID hit it was really important for him to still be able to support the store. For his birthday, we arrange for him to have virtual shop with Michael. My father is somewhat reluctant to shop virtually because he loves the experience of going into the store and catching up with Michael so we weren't sure if he would purchase anything. Michael could not have made it a more pleasant and easy going shopping experience. After taking my dad on a tour of the store, he then zeroed in on the items that appeal to my father and was able to provide him with a more in-depth viewing and discussion. My dad ended up purchasing 3 items and was very happy with each piece. Michael couldn't have been more helpful and supportive of setting up this birthday surprise for my dad and making his first virtual shopping experience so enjoyable and successful. Michael and Jerome's Menswear have always been nothing but delightful and profession to my family.

I have nothing but good things to say about Jerome’s Menswear! Though their store is smaller than others, the selection is remarkable compared to the competition in both quality and variety. Jerome himself helped me to identify what I needed, and was patient and knowledgeable about fashion as well as function. It’s nice to know there’s still high-end family-owned boutiques in this city with caring staff who are willing to spend the time with you to ensure you leave happy. They also have a tailor in-house, which is convenient for alterations. I don’t think there’s any other menswear stores in Toronto that I’ll be going to. Jerome’s is the one and only place I’ll now go for casual and formal menswear.
Jerome's is the perfect combination of fashion forward products and excellent customer service.Every product in store is a testament to the store as a whole. As soon as you step in the door you can tell that care and time is put in to not only organizing the product and choosing it as well. This is the place to find pieces that you wouldn't find anywhere else. From bold jackets to a huge selection of brightly coloured ties. The employees are genuine and knowledgable about the product and make you feel like part of the family. Definitely one of the best hidden gems in Toronto.
Jerome's is a great family owned store in the heart of the Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood. The clothing they have is top quality and fashion forward, you can't find items like this anywhere else in the city! Not to mention the amazing service: Every time I go there, the staff are kind, knowledgeable and ready to help with anything. They know their fashion and fits and anything else menswear related. This family is truly passionate about their business and will make sure their customers are taken care of. This is one of the best places in Toronto for quality, fashionable men's clothing.
I’ve been shopping for all my business wear here for the past three years and am so glad I found it! Jerome and his son Michael have kept me looking great and their recommendations never fail to garner compliments. Most of the brands they carry are hard to find in Canada and their service is impeccable!
The service, attention to detail and quality of clothing is excellent. Michael is my 'go to' guy and he never disappoints, he is a true professional. I have shopped many menswear stores over the years and this family owned and run store has it right....as a bonus I like to support local businesses.
Been shopping at Jerome's Menswear for the past 8 years and this family business couldn't be any more honest and trustworthy. They have the brands you know and love and several ones that are new, fun and exciting AND they've got a tailor shop upstairs! They have my pants ready in 30 minutes - their service is second to none! I would encourage men of any age to shop here since they have a variety of price points and will work with you to find the right fit. I have been shopping at Jeromes for my boyfriend for the last couple years. They have stylish and high quality clothing and I'm always discovering new brands there! The staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help me find what I'm looking for. Jeromes is definitely one of my favourite menswear stores in the city, and I am looking forward to seeing what new fashion they bring in for spring!
