After my husband and I had our two kids, we realized we needed to create a will since we wanted to ensure our kids were taken care of and ended up with the people we wanted to have raise them should something happen to us. I googled wills and researched different law offices before I found Justin. I was impressed first with his website; the information provided there is clear, understandable to a lay person, and includes the important stuff, namely a clear price (and a reasonable one at that with the New Parents Package)! It was remarkably easy to schedule time with him, and he immediately provided us a little prework to do before the meeting, which set clear expectations for what we were going to discuss and accomplish during that meeting. The initial meeting was informative. Justin is easy to talk to and a clear communicator who is willing to answer all of the questions, so we left with a firm understanding of the options we had in front of us and the next steps to get there. Once we provided Justin our decisions, he quickly drew up the paperwork, which we could review via email, and then we came in to sign it all after we completed our review and agreed it was finalized. Prior to the signing, Justin provided even more information for a couple additional decisions we needed to consider prior to coming in, so we were never caught off-guard, nor did we feel like we were making uninformed choices. During the signing, Justin clearly and concisely summed up what we were signing for and ensured we truly understood the decisions we were making, but that we could also make changes in the future at any time. Then, we walked away with all the documents signed, organized in a high-quality binder, with clear instructions on what to do with each section going forward. Every step of the way, I felt confident that I understood my choices and the necessary decisions. Justin was professional and knowledgeable, but also caring and patient. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Working with Jeppesen Law was one of the best legal experiences I have had. I needed to make a will to address my estate and to set up trusts for my kids. Justin was very thorough and walking me through and explaining the process. He took an otherwise complicated situation and made it very easy for me. Justin Jeppesen listened closely to our wishes, and explained in language understandable to non-lawyers, our trust options. He made clear our choices and helped us avoid pitfalls. He was very accommodating about my limited time, and made himself available late afternoon by appointment. I completely appreciate his professionalism, and attention to detail. Capable, attentive, and friendly, a wonderful experience. I would absolutely recommend him.

Justin provided excellent, professional service for us when we went to him to get out trust updated. We had set up our trust 10 years ago out of state, and discovered that it was in our best interest to have it amended to Idaho legal standards, since we plan to finish out our days here. Knowing we are not subject to out of state regulations provides us with a great peace of mind. Justin listened to and answered all our questions well, and took the time to explain things that were important for us to understand. He was timely and thorough in his responses to our emails, and very comfortable to deal with in person. His pricing structure was realistic and appropriate, and we highly recommend Justin to anyone who is setting up or updating a trust.

I had an out of state trust when I moved to Idaho several years ago, but knew I had things that needed updating. I did some research and discovered Justin Jeppesen Law, and boy am I happy I did. The first time I sat down with him I was an emotional wreck and had been dealing with unpleasant family issues. Justin was patient and guided me through the whole process. I found him so easy to talk to, which made the whole process so much easier. In that initial visit we updated some things to be compliant with Idaho laws, and I also made changes to my beneficiaries, which was the emotional part. Recently I made a couple other changes, which Justin guided me through with some excellent advice. His ability to understand my personal situations and make the most perfect and logical recommendations was outstanding. I am extremely grateful to Justin. Not only is he an excellent lawyer he’s also a wonderful human being. I have referred him to a couple friends of mine, and I hope they take my advice and meet with Justin. And as others have already said, Justin is extremely reasonable and fair with his pricing.
