I recently purchased a new ring for my wife and was absolutely blown away by the level of service. Helen was extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with - she had great communication and kept me posted every step of the way. After we got the ring it had to be sized and as soon as it was done Andrew delivered it to my wife at work so she could get it as soon as possible. They gave us great service and we will be going back for all our future jewelry purchases.

I recently moved to Nampa and knew nothing about the jewelers in the area. When I went to Jenson Jeweler, Andrew and his team were VERY kind and welcoming, and explained my options clearly when I was considering trustingly them to resize a ring that had been gifted to me from my great grandmother. When I went to pick up the ring, it was too big (COMPLETELY by my own fault and error, not in theirs at all). Andrew and his associates were so kind and offered to take the ring back and promised it would be ready with the new size in two days. They truly care about their customer’s experience and are incredibly accommodating. If I could give 10/5 stars, I would. I will definitely be trusting Jenson Jewelers in Nampa with my business again in the future. Thank you SO much, Andrew and team!

Came in to remove a couple of links out of a watch I was gifted. They got in in and out in a jiffy! Great guys!

My ring is looking brand new thanks to all the work Jensens did. Never had a better clean on it.
