BEST ICE CREAM ON THE SHORELINE!!! Delicious flavors & toppings. We've ordered all different size ice cream cakes & pies love everything they have. Great quality, and always friendly service. Highly recommend Jennifer's!!
Very unassuming place visually, but great icecream inside. Prices were fair and the icecream was fantastic. They also had a lot of items for purchase including tubs of icecream, cakes, icecream sandwiches, and holiday themed desserts. You know it's good bc the line was well out the door when we arrived. The line kept moving at a reasonable pace though.

Top rated and rightfully so. This place is the real deal for ice cream in the east haven area.
Yes, they have a good selection of ice cream and product choices, they even have soft serve. The prices are reasonable and the staff is nice enough, but I don't find the place very welcoming. There is no place to sit and eat once you get your ice cream. There is one booth inside that sits four people. I asked an employee about places to sit and eat and was told 'there's a bench outside.' I'm thinking picnic bench, but no, just a regular bench. There was 8 of us and the bench couldn't fit all of us. The business is in a duplex type of building and the 'other side' is empty. It would be a big plus for this business to knock out the adjoining wall like Tolli's and Sugar Bakery did and put in tables & chairs for folks to sit and eat their cold treats and enjoy! They have the only place to go for ice cream in the area, and have been in business for quite awhile now, so make it a better destination!

My boyfriend’s beautiful aunt, who is the kindest person and would do anything for anyone, has been handicapped since birth. For the second time she has been denied ice cream at Jennifer’s Ice Cream in East Haven. She rides her scooter all the way there but it can’t fit through the door. She’s calls and asks if they can bring it outside to her a ten foot walk from counter to sidewalk and the man says no. It makes no sense and she deserves better. Don’t go to this place. The ice cream is terrible but it’s the only place near her.
The store lives up to it's reputation. Great job maintaining high quality consistently.
