I had an estate planning need to attend to from afar, as I moved out of state years ago. Jeff responded immediately to my online inquiry. We had a phone conversation and he personally took care of all of the paperwork within a few days. Jeff made the whole process extremely simple and easy to complete and he went above and beyond what I was expecting from any lawyer I was going to hire over the phone. My husband and I worked with Amanda Hespen after attending her estate planning workshop. We found her to be very knowledgeable, kind and willing to answer all our questions. She made the whole process (almost) enjoyable. We HIGHLY recommend Amanda.

We were welcomed warmly, and made to feel comfortable right away. Our goal was to complete a will. Amanda Hespen was professional and caring and walked us through the process, answering our questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. She told us our options and after our second meeting with her, we left with what we felt was the best option, a trust. We highly recommend Amanda and the Jeffrey P. Scott firm.

Amanda Hespen recently provided legal counsel in preparing a trust and a will for us. She was very thorough, professional, and was an excellent communicator.  She managed the work in a timely, efficient, and cost effective manner. I have already referred friends to her and will be sending more people her way.

Katherine worked on a trust for us and we we’re very happy with the outcome. She paid a lot of attention to detail but was also very efficient. I felt like I was in good hands and could trust her.

We didn’t have to spend a lot of time in her office. All the paperwork was pretty much ready to go. Basically all you had to do was sign it. I thought that was very nice and professional. They were very pleasant.
