Sara Gullickson McGrane participated within behavior against myself three days ago that is now being reported as violation of FERPA to the Department of Education and the Minnesota Bar Association. Do not ever use this firm, do not ever trust an attorney who behind close doors is willing to torment, harass, and participate in practices that create demises and wrong doing towards the innocent. Sara McGullickson McGrane should never be considered to be an ethical attorney that the public can trust.

Attorney Barbara Kristianssen helped me with my mother's trust, will, and power of attorney / power of healthcare documents when I moved her from California. Ms. Kristianssen is very knowledgeable, explained everything very well in layman's terms, and charged us a fair rate. She also told us which documents trust were fine to leave in their current state vs. charging us to redo them for Minnesota. I am now going to have her do my own will and trust! Highly recommend.
