Story

Jeffrey L. Rochester, CPA, P.C. is a licensed certified public accounting practice located in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. We provide accounting, consulting and tax services to businesses, estates & trusts, individuals and not-for-profit organizations. Along with the essential services of accounting and tax compliance, we also include consulting and tax reduction strategies as part of each engagement. With over 25 years experience serving a wide range of businesses and their accounting and tax needs, we feel we bring an added value to each client engagement.

Business clients range in size from the one location family business to multiple location, multi-million dollar manufacturers. For individuals, services are performed for the mom & dad retirees up to the business owners, CEO's and high net worth individuals. For estates and trusts, services range from helping the executor distribute a small estate to performing the fiduciary duties for trustees responsible for multi-million dollar asset trusts. We provide each client with individual, personalized service for their needs. We also understand what we can do and cannot do, and we will never try to service a client in an area where we are not adequately knowledgeable. We use an extensive list of local and national CPA's, EA's and attorneys to provide our clients with the expertise they need.

Fiduciary and tax compliance for estates and trusts is an area of specialty. For executors of estates and trustees of family trusts, we can assist you with the duties of executor and trustee. We can help you understand your duties and assist in completing the accounting and tax filings so that you and the beneficiaries understand how the assets were handled. For attorneys, CPA's and EA's who have such clients with the need for services beyond their expertise, we can provide those services for your clients. We understand that they are your clients, and we do not attempt to make them our clients. We provide the service to take care of your client's needs in this area of specialty so you can provide your clients with the service for their other needs.
