This is my 2nd year going to Melissa, she is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable… I highly recommend them and plan to come back every year!! I feel at ease knowing she is filing my taxes!!

Melissa has done my taxes for the past four years after moving to Eaton Rapids. Shes great, they are always quick and I really like the fact that I can just drop my paperwork off and she gets ahold of me when she is done. Definitely the place to go. You will not be disappointed.

Was very happy here for 3 yrs. Then when I got a letter from the IRS stating my 2017 taxes had an error, I couldn't get Melissa to call me back to save my life! Went to her office several times, left notes, no response.

Coplin Tax & Accounting did a fantastic job on my taxes. They answered all my questions completely. They are very knowledgeable,  prompt and very professional. They put my mind at ease and made taxes fun. They always answered the call when I had a question. Coplin Tax & Accounting is a family owned business that goes way above and beyond to get you the maximum refund possible; they will fight and work hard for you. They make you feel like family. I wish I could give them more than five stars. For those of you that own a business, they are also very knowledgeable at business tax and accounting. I would highly recommend Coplin Tax & Accounting.

Stay away she is terrible riped us off we never recieved our full returns and she refuses to respond bt phone or at office
