Great Service! Very friendly staff! Stopped in early in the week and enjoyed a family meal with 6 of us and food was perfect! My son ordered his food incorrectly as he can not handle spicy. The staff was amazing and replaced the meal without hesitation and refused to allow me to pay for my sons confusion. Stopped in again last night and boy were they busy.Only being open a few days and having such a limited staff they really handled the crowd well. Our food took a little longer to come out this time but we all had a great time catching up with friends while waiting! Love the convenient location. Love this place!
Stopped in one evening after a long day at the shop. They have great hours when everyone else in town is closing early these days. Food was on point with great flavor. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Great people, great food, give it a try!!!!!
I worked for Colleen and Andrew briefly. I accepted the role of kitchen manager.I I have been trained and worked for the best in Toledo. Mind you I didn’t need this job. They are violating multiple heath code violations The inspector will be there this weekend I would not suggest visiting Anyone that is interested can email me directly - I have nothing to lose No cold table for 3 weeks No hot water water No payroll Spoiled protein Shut it down
Unclean & Unsanitary! I never ordered from the Fallen Timbers Jeds before but, it was the only one available where I could order using my Uber Eats App. They got the order wrong as well as sending me chicken wings that still had the Feathers on them!! This is unacceptable! This ruined a nice Sunday because I tried numerous times to call them about the issue but, the phone just rang busy. I ended up driving to the location to show them the nastiness they sent to my home! They tell me the chicken is precleaned when they receive it. Really!! The manager never apologized but just told me I could call Uber Eats for a refund. Unbelievable!! The only reason I gave this a Star is so I could post this! I wish there was a negative option!
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience yesterday there - we went to their car show and went in, ordered food and even after an hour and 15 minutes no food! We were told several times it would be coming out soon - they weren’t even busy - we walked out!!!! It was SO embarrassing because we had invited several friends and family to join us!!
Open for carryout during CoronApril. Food was delicious, service was safe. Looking forward to going after going to the theater.
