Jed's Barbeque & Brew

I had been driving by Jed's BBQ and always wanting to go and try the barbecue there. So totally worth it! We went through the drive-thru because we had the kids with us and they were cranky... The team inside got us our dinner ready in no time at all and when we got it home.... Omg delicious!

I wish I could give Jed's a better rating. I've been eating here for years. But the last 2 times we have eaten here, its been really disappointing. Cold food and shotty service. Ordered BBQ plate with fresh fried squash and cole slaw. BBQ was so cold and the squash was swimming in grease.

The food is greasy they cannot get their order right the chicken is undercooked and I asked for ranch dressing and got tartar sauce. Do not recommend. Vegetarian options: Vegetables are greasy and undercooked

I have told people Jed's has good food especially their flounder. I sat twenty minutes in their drive-thru today and I got baby flounder and shrimpwhich I didn't order and don't eat it was supposedly their $6.49 special. Well I paid $12.23 for my plate and couldn't eat anything but the two lousy pieces of flounder which was greasy and not tasty at all. Even if I did eat shrimp which I don't it was saturated in grease. The creamed potatoes tasted like they were doused with some type of weird tasting burned grease instead of butter and the squash wasn't even cooked just more battered grease. To top it off the cocktail sauce was good before tasted like it was laced with pine sol. I have gotten good food in the past, but considering the amount of time I sat wasting my gas for a nasty plate of food and almost an hours pay and was still hungry .Oh no its the last time for me.

Love the BBQ and fish here. Always good as it can get.
