Jeanne Vedder MD

I had an appointment with Dr.Vedder once... My car stalled on me no joke 2 blocks away causing me to be ALMOST 3 minutes late. When I went to check in the secretary refused to put me in because I was late. I explained the situation and asked if she could just inform the doctor of the situation and she flat out told me the doctor doesn't care about my problems and she would not bother the doctor with sure stupid nonsence. As anyone would I became frustrated with the situation. I asked if it was possible to reschedule and the woman told me no. She said if I can't be on time now I probably wouldn't be on time then and the doctor has actual important patients to take care of!!! This Doctor and the staff should be shut down.

Horrible experience with front desk and "practice manager" who was not even professional enough to introduce herself. The entire conversation was handled with a poor attitude and snotty remarks. I feel bad that the doctor is represented this way by her staff.

Very rude person at the front desk, all she said is there's nothing I can do, would definitely never come back

Due to a snow storm I was late to my appointment by 10 minutes. I called to let them know I would be late and they said they would work me into the schedule. After all the effort and stress I went through to get there, they sent me away because I was too late (by 10 minutes in a BLIZZARD) even though I was experiencing major pain. There was no one in the waiting room and it looked like a slow day. They were not willing to help me at all. The office appeared old and musty as well. Will never go back.
