Jean's Flower Shop saved my wedding! I needed a new florist 4 weeks before my weddinglong story that I wouldn't discuss here and I found Jean's Flower Shop's website. I love how transparent they were in their price listwhich is very rare in the wedding industry and built my own package from that. I called and went in to find Jen and Stephanie, who polished my package and gave me a draft quote. They were so helpful and I was so satisfied with their service that the next day, I finalized my order with them. The final quote was super budget friendly, and had free delivery, too. On my wedding day, they made EXACTLY what I had in mind - hydrangeas, blush roses, etc and no baby's breath. They NAILED IT!the pictures speak for itself. Thank you Jean's!

Finding a wedding florist was tricky so if you are considering different options, choose JEANS! Cathy sat down with us on two different occasions to go over our flowers and offered so many great suggestions and ideas! She was accommodating when I wanted to add a few more arrangements and even sourced the vases for us to make it as easy as possible! Cathy even went the extra mile to set up our arbour fabric along with the flowers! The flowers were breathtaking, the service was fabulous and the cost was extremely reasonable! Cathy brought our vision to life and she was so sweet through it all, we can't reccomend Cathy and Jean's florist enough! Thank you!

Jean’s Shop is amazing! The owner and staff are very kind and supportive. I had a flower bouquet sent on Mother’s Day that arrived missing two of the small detailings on the original photo. I reached out to the shop, and they created a new bouquet with the details redone! It’s delivered the next day!! We used Jean’s Flower Shop for our wedding at RBG this past June. As a preferred vendor of RBG we were comfortable selecting them for our special day. From initial quote, to revisions, to delivery and overall cost we were very pleased. The flowers were beautiful and held up all day long. Very professional, easy to work with and would definitely recommend.

While we've had beautiful bouquets from Jean's in the past, this arrangement was a huge let down. I ordered red roses with baby's breath for my wife's birthday. When they came, they arrived with no baby's breath, roses that were already very much open, and half eaten leaves. A call was made and they happily replaced them and added the baby's breath. The unfortunate part was that this second group of roses wasn't much better. This bunch was closed, and never really did open up, and they're now turning black and wilted. Also no fragrance at all. Very disappointed.

Jean’s Flower Shop is an extremely professional establishment, offering amazing service and superb arrangements and quality! I was extremely satisfied with my order. I had originally ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day, set to be delivered to my Mums's house the arrangement in the brown basket. Unfortunately once the arrangement arrived, many of the flowers were already browned, and within 2 days many had died or fallen off. After the unfortunate mishap with the original arrangement, I had contacted Jean’s Flower Shop and they were quick to reply and send out a replacement arrangement the arrangement in the white basket free of charge, no questions asked, within the following day. The new arrangement is absolutely STUNNING! They look and smell absolutely beautiful, and pieced together so wonderfully. Excellent customer service and professionalism! We used them for our wedding. They, Kathy, did a perfect job. I could not have asked for better. She gave guidance but let me choose my own ideas. She gave some awesome ideas that I hadn’t thought of. She never gave any problems or switches. The flowered were delivered and set up by Kathy on time. The flower arrangements were just as I envisioned. It was very elegant and beautiful. I highly highly recommend them. You absolutely can’t go wrong with Kathy on your team.
