The owner of JDSpa service has been great to me and my famliy. Every time i have issues with my tub, they are here wthin a day or two. They are alway's going above and beyond of finding the problem, and ensuring it will not happen again. In my opinion this is one organized company. One thing is for sure you will be smiling when they are done

Well lets just say if I could give this company less than 1 star I would have. There customer service skills are worse than any I have ever seen. When the owner comes to your house and starts yelling at the top of his lungs at someone paying him for service its just ridiculous. This company broke something on our property and then refused to fix it. Then had the nerve to get so mad at us that he looked like he was going to throw punches. If you are going to get this company for any service I would strongly discourage you from using this company.
