Incredibly disappointed by the service we had today. Our waitress was nonexistent and quite honestly not very personable. There was the wrong side on one of the orders and a drink we ordered was forgotten. Before our food came we ordered another a mixed drink and a bottle of beer. The drinks came after we were done eating and the beer was draft not bottle. At that time we asked for asked for boxes. We ever received them. After 10-15 min we asked a nice dressed tall man in a green shirt for our bill and boxes. He brought both immediately. Thank you She never came to get the bill to run our debt card. Ironically we only had $70 in cash for our $68 bill...seeing as she wasn't coming back we left that and left. There was about 10-12 people standing at the front waiting to be greeted when we left. Too bad : We are the kind of people that tip a minimum of 25% because we appreciate service...but sadly today was the first time we didnt. Unfortunately that was on her. If she was there to take our bill even after we waited a bit we could have tipped on the debit card. Ironic. I have never left a bad review anywhere besides now. : We we will never be back
Understandable that restaurants/bars inside hotels have a reputation for having average at best service and food quality but I was in shock. I was waited on by a polite employee and she was pleasant but the menu was very misleading. I figured pizza would be a safe bet at any bar or restaurant considering it’s simplicity and by the way the restaurant describes their “pies” implies an artisan style pizza. I ordered their white pie. I was served a flatbread with garlic butter and semi melted “unknown cheese” and a garnish. It wasn’t mozzarella nor ricotta. For $15 that is absolutely unacceptable. If you are a person who likes to feel disappointed then this is the place for you.
That was about the most solidly disappointing meal I've had in ages; just awful ... First the good: the staff was prompt, friendly, and helpful, the restaurant was clean and quiet, and the decor spoke of much higher aspirations. Now the bad: ... everything intended for consumption. The cocktails consisted of soda water, sour mix, and a splash of generic booze over so much ice as to render any other flavors ALMOST irrelevant. The "bread" tasted shelf-stable, and could likely damage a foot if carelessly dropped. The steak, while cooked to the appropriate temp and providing base line nutrients and protein, was as bland as you could imagine, tasting like the color beige, and offered no further benefit to it's consumption. The green onion risotto looked like St Patrick's day marshmallow treats, and tasted like unseasoned library paste, but with the occasional burst of over-boiled onion. The veg was boiled to death, and at least 5% not-so-fresh even before it's demise. The burger was technically edible, but certainly not a pleasurable experience, scoring way too high on the grease-o-meter, and carrying similar flavor profiles to that of used discount charcoal briquettes. By comparison, the fries were a highlight, being almost acceptable when one is exhausted and famished, though rapidly losing their luster as the meal progressed and we fought a valiant, yet ultimately ill-fated, battle for sustenance. Ultimately, if you yearn for the good old days of middle school cafeteria food, and wonder what joys it would bring vintage army field rations to an actual restaurant where it would arrive presented on plates and metal flatware, then look no further, your cornucopia has arrived. If, however, you take joy in skillfully crafted dining experience that honors the ingredients, tantalizes the palate, and leaves you yearning for more ... stay away. Far, far, away.
Fri Feb 9th my family and I went there for dinner before we went to snhu arena. We understood that our party of 8 could not be seated together. Our waitress, management, and food was horrible. It took 25 mins to receive our beverages. Then when the food came out 2 of our burgers were undercooked. When the raw burger was returned and the new one came out it was raw again. And that was when the food runner was walking around looking for our table we had to ask him if that was a well burger. It appeared that everyone was a new employee. When our food was delivered we never saw our waitress again. There was not one of us that enjoyed our food or experience. The ice in drinks were dirty, one glass smelt like maple syrup and there was no maple syrup in the drink. Thumbs m
Our waitress was fantastic. Very friendly, personable. Food is real good. The hostess on this nigh4 was unpleasant, borderline rude. We were not the only ones in the bar who felt this way.
$4.95 for a medium sized lukewarm baked potato? And part of that was a $1 STARCH CHANGE because I didn't want French fries!!! Menu is mediocre, service is hard to find at times unless you sit at the bar. Nothing personal against the folks working here, but this place runs customers away, needs new management.
Service was slow and our waitress couldn't even crack a smile. She was Rude, food wasn't better than fast food, and overall would highly recommend anywhere else but their to spend your money on.
We are staying at the Radisson for a Christmas party. Host suggested the nachos. Bad choice. Big melted pile of crappy chips. Soggy, tasted like spaghetti sauce with the meat. "Salsa" had to be marinara sauce. Pureed tomato sauce. Gross. Best part of them were the sour cream and guacamole
Food tasted very good but was not hot enough. Best mashed potatoes I have had around this area. Server Angie was very nice and attentive. Well worth the visit.
Joyce the Bartender at JD’s had an attitude that was less then helpful. She was slow, sarcastic and treated our group of graduates and their families with disdain. My daughter mis placed her phone and when we asked her if she had seen it she said no. In the meantime, she had it. When I inquired at the front desk they went and asked her and it magically appeared.
