I am very frustrated shopping at your store in Keene, NH as of late. The items are packed so tightly on the racks you can't browse. Things continually fell off the hangers and onto the floor, and when I expressed my concerns, the clerk merely shrugged and said, "I know". The customer service clerk had to walk with me to each rack as mine of my items would ring up the correct sale price. She was very willingly to help but clearly frustrated with the incorrect pricing. This is the third time in the last few weeks that the computers did not have the correct price. I have shipped this store for twenty years and it seems things are slipping. My willingness to struggle with these issues is wanning, I hope this can be addressed. Thank you.

I love jcpenny u can always get great deals in there. Only reason I'm giving a four star is bc I think when they make a mistake w a price they should honor it! Last black Friday there was a mistake and the manager honored it this year they did not...
