Ok, i think we've all been to a JC Penney at some point. We all know what we're getting, a chain store that has nice items at a reasonable price. I like that this location was large and seemed to have up-to-date clothes. Unfortunately it was so freezing in the store that we couldn't stay in there for too long. There was also little organization in the different clothes departments. We could not find petites or juniors. We did find a huge portion of the store that was super messy and overrun with inexpensive clearance items that were thrown everywhere. It just seemed like the store was unorganized and kind of thrown together.

Stopped in for a few basics and quickly realized that they were about four times more than they were at other stores. I understand that quality items are typically more expensive but in this case we're talking about a package of Hanes T-shirts that will be exactly the same elsewhere. This type of markup is inexcusable.
