After purchasing an accessory for my mobile phone at JCell nearly two months ago, I returned today to do the same.  At the checkout, I rhetorically asked the employee, "if I'm not happy with the item, I have 15 days to exchange it, right?" This was met by a look of confusion by said employee, who then told me that the sale would be final.  Given the store's 15-day exchange policy on mobile phone accessories, I obviously did not understand and thus mentioned said policy to the employee. She explained to me that there was no such policy, because, "what if you bring it back here and it's damaged or broken?" "Then you don't exchange it, like every other place, " I retorted.  Said employee reiterated that it would be a final sale, so, logically, I asked if this was a new policy on mobile phone accessories, to which she answered that it was. "Oh, well, that explains it, " I figured, then purchased the item anyway since it was inexpensive.  Upon receiving my receipt, I noticed the 15-day exchange policy on mobile phone accessories at the bottom of it. Back to not understanding, I showed said receipt to said employee, who then took it to another employee. While I was waiting, I asked a third employee standing beside me whether the employee who served me was new; perhaps that was what causing the misunderstanding, I rationalized. Alas, I was told by the third employee that the employee who served me was not new.  The employee who served me quickly returned with my receipt to tell me that I *did* have 15 days to return the item, but felt the need to repeat that if it would be so much as scratched, the policy would be waved. I explained that my intention was to merely try the item and understand the store policy on it, not return with a damaged item and ask for an exchange. She then impatiently told me that she was not going to bicker with me, to which I responded that I was not bickering, only trying to comprehend and explain. At this point, people were around us and so I felt embarrassed — for the employee serving me.  That is when I asked said employee, "So, I have 15-days to exchange the item, right?" "You have 15 days to exchange the item, " she confirmed, visibly annoyed.  Truth be told, I would have appreciated an apology, but was not expecting it, let alone going to wait for one.  Just like I am not expecting to return to JCell.  Which I gave two stars instead of one in this review since I believe that a business should not suffer because of one of its employees.  But neither should its customers.  I do not subscribe to the motto, "the customer is always right, " but the customer should always be *treated* right — even if it means the employee admitting that they are wrong. Reading some of the Google reviews, I believe that I can speak for many when I say that when it is not working on handheld devices, the staff of JCell should work on itself.  Amazon has mobile phone accessories and everything except a personality — so those you hire better come with a good one.  "7 years I have been in this business."  Hopefully, JCell also has an exchange policy on their employees.

good place! high recommend! staff is nice and professional. they used to be a bit understaffed and slow but they have new hires and it shows! the service was quick, and we got everything fixed on my phone and i am happy with their service. i can now give a definite five stars!
