Just like I am not expecting to return to JCell. Which I gave two stars instead of one in this review since I believe that a business should not suffer because of one of its employees. But neither should its customers. I do not subscribe to the motto, "the customer is always right, " but the customer should always be *treated* right — even if it means the employee admitting that they are wrong. Reading some of the Google reviews, I believe that I can speak for many when I say that when it is not working on handheld devices, the staff of JCell should work on itself. Amazon has mobile phone accessories and everything except a personality — so those you hire better come with a good one. "7 years I have been in this business." good place! high recommend! staff is nice and professional. they used to be a bit understaffed and slow but they have new hires and it shows! the service was quick, and we got everything fixed on my phone and i am happy with their service. i can now give a definite five stars!
