Had the Carne Asada entrée. The steak was cooked well and was tender. The salsa was really bad, some of the worst I've had in Utah.Food: 3/5

There is nothing authentic about this place. And I know my mexican food. Anyone that says that this place is good has probably never ventured out of Utah. The food is bland, no flavor, very expensive..Definitely not worth the cost you pay. Taco bell is better and has more flavor than this place. Save your money and go to a taco truck. Will never go here again.

This place allows people to bring their pets into the dining room where everyone is eating. This is very unsanitary and very disrespectful to others that are trying to have a nice meal. Pets should NOT be allowed at a eating establishment or any place where food is sold or consumed.

The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was average, but I did like that it wasn't very busy and it was quiet.Food: 5/5

Just excellent food snd service! There might be better here, but we haven’t found it yet. All the food had great flavor and good size portions. Lots of variety too.

The food was OK. Nothing special. The service was slow because the two waitresses were just having a conversation by the register.

I love how welcoming the restaurant is and how its decor makes you forget it is in a strip mall. The food was really good and fresh and the service was fast, efficient, professional and friendly. This was my first time at Javier's, but I will definitely go back. Claudia, the beautiful waitress, was a delight.

A bit hard to find and parking is an adventure. But the food and service are great. Food was priced well and portions are generous.

I visit Javiers at least once a month on average. I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal here. Had some friends come from out of town. They said it was the next Mexican food they'd ever had, granted they were in from Alabama, but still haha. Kid-friendliness: Booster seats and high chairs available.

Yasssss! Look at this plate of beauty. So delicious. Chicken enchilada with a chile rellano and a beef taco... so bomb!
