Jason is the most knowledge and reliable real estate agent I have ever known in Grey Bruce. Jason also gives you the honest answer to questions and does not sugar coat things because he truly wants what is best for you. I could not recommend him enough. 10/10 . Jason was our listing agent for our farm. We were very happy not only with his service, but he went the extra mile to research our property's zoning and guide us through the process. We loved working with Jason! We were first time home buyers and Jason helped us through each step of the home buying process. He went above and beyond to look over the homes with us and made sure any of our questions were answered. He was readily available, always responded promptly, and was accommodating of our schedules. We appreciated Jason's honesty and professionalism. If we move in the future, we would absolutely work with Jason again!
Chased after the guy via phone and email for nearly a month about a property that I was looking to buy. Guy didn't seem interested in helping or making a sale. If you are looking for good customer service or to move quickly on a sale, best to avoid Jason Steele; he seems more interested in tweeting than taking care of his customers. Update: When customers tell you they feel ignored via a review, it's a great opportunity to prove them and wrong and show others your desire to remedy situations. Unfortunately Jason seems to have missed this opportunity and would rather mock customers who had a poor experience. If Jason put as much effort into his reply to this review as he did his customer service, there wouldn't have been any issues at all. Update #2: in response to Jason's reply and claim that I was trying to 'low ball' his client is a complete and total fabrication. Again I strongly advise anyone in the community to avoid doing business with this person. There are many other real estate agents in the area who are much more qualified and pleasant to work with.
Jason is top shelf. Having collaborated and sent referrals to him for years I can tell you he’s an expert at his craft!
