I've worked in the Grey Bruce region for the past 5 years and have used Huron coast properties every year since being here. Kim has always gone way above and beyond to accommodate any of my family's needs. It's refreshing to deal with someone who actually cares! She's great to deal with!
Kim is amazing to deal with, she always goes above and beyond for myself and many co workers when we travel to Bruce county for work at the Bruce. Highly recommend giving her a call if your in the area for work and need a short or long term rental!

We have been business partners with Kim and her team for 3 years and as a remote owner we needed a full service company we could trust and Huron Coast Properties has delivered. We have been full up on summer rentals AND winter over this time period! But it's more then the rentals. We utilize their cleaning services in between rentals, we have access to break and fix people through Kim for immediate response to any problems plus garbage removal during the week and there are many other services available!.If you are owners in the home rental business you can expect some minor wear and tear It seems there are many more homes renting in the area but that speaks to the beauty of Saugeen Shores. I highly recommend this team at Huron Coast Properties!
i have been a customer of Huron Shores for about a year and i can say that i could not be happier. Actually Kim was our agent when we bought the house we placed for rent and she had to help us connect the gas and electricity, since we are not from Port Elgin she made herself available to go to the home and open the door and be there so the gas could be connected. Also she helped us get a contractor to build a fence at the house, again we are not from there so if i had to go there all those times i would have incurred into a lot of cost and time. its always a pleasure to deal with Kim and her staff. i would highly recommend her. Great Job Kim keep it up :
After a poor Airbnb experience elsewhere, we were left with no where to stay this past weekend and reached out to Kim’s company. She helped us find a cottage quickly and easily within our budget. The whole experience was easy and the cottage we stayed in was lovely. We will be booking with Huron Coast Properties again next summer. Thank you again Kim!!
ATTENTION HOME AND COTTAGE OWNERS. If you are looking for a turn key solution to property management this is NOT the solution. My experience as a home owner with Huron Coast Property Management was horrifying. From Website links not working to rude behavior through email correspondence. Only 2 weekly rentals for the 2018 summer season were filled. After not filling the summer weekly rentals I used air bnb which charges 15% less to the home owner and comes with a $1,000,000 liability insurance which quickly filled the remaining weeks in the summer. The first clients caused damage to an appliance in my home and when Huron Coast Property Management was confronted with the damage caused by their clients I was denied any compensation for the damages. The agreement I signed with Huron Coast Property Management made it clear there is NO recourse to damages caused by Huron Coasts Clients to the home owner. With no way to recover unlimited damages caused by Huron Coast Property Management clients, which the home owner never meets, I felt uncomfortable with the second weekly rental and had to cancel their reservation at late notice. As a client the experience is likely great, as a property owner I will never use a property management company again.
