Excellent service. Came and fixed the problem within a few hours even though we weren't even home!

Dan replaced a sump pump...the same day that I called. He was fast and clever as the "new pump" from the supplier did not work to his satisfaction; he then installed another "new" one and simply switched the shut off system, as these were slightly different. Great problem solving on the spot.

We cancelled our water heater rental with Reliance and decided to buy. Looking for a local company they provided us with great customer service! The technician who came to do the job was fantastic! He was clean, efficient and did everything he could to not cause any damage.

I always get great professional service for any repair work. The service guy is very punctual and honest, does prompt work and recommends any other issues that might need repair. They aren't pushy at all either.
