Visited Montreal for the weekend and came across Jano's. One of the best Portuguese chickens I've ever had! Service was good and the outdoor patio was nice.  I had the chicken and sausage meal, the chicken was tender and flavorful and the sausage paired great with it. The prices were fair and their sangria was even better.

The chicken was out of this world, The flavours tasted nostalgic i felt like a kid eating at a family BBQ. I asked the owner if they could put rice in the menu, and the owner was nice enough to tell me it’s a possibility! If you truly want good perfectly grilled chicken,Jano will not let you down!

Quite good food. Only thing that miffed me was the 7 pieces of calamari for 14 bucks. Definitely would not get that dish again. The chicken and fries were quite good, love the grilled favour on the chicken. Their spicy oil is worth buying a jar to take home

For those  wondering if they should order this off Uber Eats. It's 12am and I just got my order.  Barely even touched my food and I already know I'm going to be coming back for more.

The truly Portuguese 'Caldo Verde' recipe.. delicious! And the "Frango na Brasa' was great too. Recommended.

The best Portuguese chicken I've ever had. Their sauces are fantastic and the meat is cooked to perfection. Too bad I don't live in Montreal, otherwise I'd be a regular.

Love the restaurant. Cozy and food are just delicious. Best customer service ever! Best house sangria, highly recommended.

Good Portuguese grilled food.  Tasty chicken with outdoor terrace. Reasonable prices. - no fuss
