Jannatul Ferdous is a voluntary, non-profit, non-political, social and welfare organisation of individuals formed to build vibrant community.

Story

Countless praise is due to Allah (SWT) who blessed us with the gift of Islam. He sent messengers for our guidance and favored us with the best and noble of them all, our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Islam is a perfect way of life and suitable for all times and all places. Along with peace and tranquility, it offers humanity an easy guideline towards the ultimate success of this world and the Hereafter. In order to achieve the right understanding of Islam, the pass code to all joy, educational gardens are needed in which the seeds of today have a chance to blossom into the flowers of tomorrow. It is no secret that knowledge is the first step towards human development. With this concern in mind, by the grace of Allah (SWT) , our Mosque has been established as a humble and earnest attempt to provide authentic Islamic education in an Islamic environment providing various programs for all ages and people with the sole intention to reform ourselves and society.

Mission

At Jannatul Ferdous Mosque we make every effort to provide a nurturing environment in which one will not only excel in education but will also be expected to follow the Sunnah of our Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) as closely as possible. We strongly believe that education is the shared responsibility of the school, students, families and the surrounding community. It is the responsibility of the staff at our school to provide the students with the moral values, personal integrity and ethical conduct which are consistent with our Islamic beliefs. Our Vision is to set the example to build a vibrant community and to promote the Islamic way of life. To achieve this through establishing a conductive spiritual environment where congregational worship and service to humanity are welcoming to enhance the spiritual, social, & public lives of members. To safeguard the pure teachings of Islam while making relevance to the Canadian way of living.
