The owner, Nico was very attentive to my questions and answered them clearly. I ordered the super authentic classic 2 eggs, 2 meat, it was an amazing jianbing! Nico is from Beijing so they know what they are doing. They make it in front of your eyes so it was a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend!

Delicious! A new favourite. Fresh and they make the crepe right in front of you. My only suggestion would be to reduce the salt in the secret beef sauce: it's way, way too salty.
