absolutely horrible! This company did my taxes for a few years. I got audited and sent them the letter that the CRA had sent me. They were very quick to ask me for $1500 upfront fee. long story short, all my claims were dismissed. Why you ask? Cause I wasn't supposed to have had some the claims. You'd think the person doing your taxes would say hey,,, you cant write this off cause you are not allowed to do so.... BUT nope!! I spend a additional $1500 on absolutely nothing . They did nothing for me. didn't save me a dollar... didn't return my calls... my emails... nothing absolute waste of time and money! better off at H&R block.
