Our mission is to give expert Martial Arts and Fitness instruction, get you into better shape, and have you leave wanting more!

James has a phenomenal reputation. They started as my martial arts teacher and has become what I would consider a good friend. He loves and cares for the community and for the children.  James wants to leave a positive influence on everyone and give the children a great outlook on life. I would recommend James O'Connor to anybody and everybody.

We are so glad that we signup our son up for classes!! They are great with kids of all ages!! They talk to the kids about stuff more than martial arts- respect of parents family and others - doing the right things- doing homework and chores!!! My son loves going here and can't wait for our daughter to be old enough to go too!!! Highly recommend James to all our friends!!!

My girls were given the opportunity to try out martial arts with James and they absolutely LOVED it. He's helpful, patient, and obviously a wonderful teacher. I encourage anyone to try out James O' Conner's if they or their children are interested in martial arts!

James is an amazing instructor. A lot of my friends have their kids in his class. Great place of business. I would recommend him to anyone.

James is an amazing instructor who dedicates himself to whatever he does. I highly recommend taking a class with him. One of the most well rounded instructors I've seen in my 7 years of jiujitsu
