I love being a part of Valparaiso Fit Body Boot Camp! I feel the sense of community, support, and acceptance is unmatched. I had tried several other places in the area and didn’t feel as comfortable as I do here. The coaches do an amazing job at showing you modifications to ensure you don’t injure yourself as you build your strength, they continually challenge you in a positive way, and do their best to make the workouts as fun and lighthearted as possible. I enjoy the many laughs that are often a part of our classes. I’d also like to note the cleanliness of the gym! I am a germ freak so to see that the owner and the coaches take such pride in sanitizing between classes and beyond helped to ease my hesitation in joining Valparaiso Fit Body Boot Camp. I’m so thankful that I am able to be a part of this community!
I was a member at a health club years ago but got bored of it and never got motivated because it was the same old routine. I needed something different. I joined Valparaiso Fit Body Bootcamp 3 yrs ago and love it. Each day the workouts are different and focus on different parts of your body. The coaches/instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, funny, motivate you to do your best and modify any exercise we are doing to fit your ability level. The owner Michelle is always On-site and willing to answer any questions you have. The facility is clean as well. I love working out with the group of ladies and gentlemen. We always have a great time. Definitely a place I would recommend.
I started with Fit Body Boot Camp a little over 2 years ago, recommended from a friend. I was looking for a different type of workout to focus on toning and building muscle as I had been running prior. I felt I was starting to get bored with my routine.This was 100% the fix! The coaches are amazing… motivational and always pushing you to go harder. I hit my strength training goals and some. Thank you for the confidence and fitness boost!
Gym is very clean and classes start on time which is huge for me because I work-out in the mornings and have to get ready for work right after. Trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Every session is different, classes never feel monotonous. Without a doubt you get your money's worth here. Atmosphere is friendly, positive and supportive, never intimidating.
Before joining Valparaiso Fit Body Bootcamp, I had never gone to any type of gym in my life. I would do at home workouts but was always too intimidated to join a gym. A friend recommended this place to me in 2019 and I decided to give it a try. After that first month I was sold. I found a gym that took all the planning out of going to the gym and provided a welcoming atmosphere. The coaches made sure my form was good, provided modifications if I was struggling, and pushed me to work harder than I thought I was capable of. Before long I started feeling more confident, made some great friends, and maintained a more active lifestyle. This is the first time I’ve kept up a workout routine for more than 6 months it’s been 3.5 years now! and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been! Michelle and her team are wonderful and I would recommend this place to anyone who is just starting out in their fitness journey or who is a bit gym shy like I was.
Valparaiso Fit Body Boot Camp has been a place where I feel like have people to hold me accountable. It’s a wonderful atmosphere of community. People stay because of the people. I have always felt like the coaches and owner were in my corner, making sure I was getting the best training and instruction for my needs. Thank you for being a constant and uplifting business. I am so excited to continue and push myself to more and more of my goals.
Love this place, the owner, and the staff. They genuinely care for you and want you to succeed. The coaches are really encouraging and push you to do your best. Michele the owner is so sweet and kind. She would give her shirt off her own back to help you. She has personally called me to check up on me when I didn’t show for a few days. They notice when you miss a workout, and they care.
I love this gym! I became a member since July 2020. I was NEVER into fitness or working out. But I know now that it because I never had the "right fit". I hate even missing one day at this point. The owner, Michele, is so supportive and has the BEST coaches around. Not to mention the workouts. It always feels fresh. No matter your current fitness level or if you need modifications, the coaches are supportive and can help you achieve your desired results. #myfitnessjourney
Love this place and the staff! The trainers are very motivating and challenge you in a positive way. Michele is accommodating and very knowledgeable. The best part it is great for all levels of fitness. From never worked out in my life to a complete gym buff!
Valparaiso fit body boot camp is a great place to workout! The workouts are different every day, focusing on different muscle groups. The coaches and owner really care and motivate you to push harder than you think you can. If you need a modification, no problem at all! They also try hard to figure out a eating plan for you to help reach your goals.
