Went to this KOA during the eclipse. I understand that this was a crazy time in Jackson but the staff were just ridiculous. They changed the price of the cabins we got and charged us almost a $1000 more than originally agreed upon. Then when we ask where a good place to park extra cars (since you can't park more than 1 car per site), the man threatened to kick us out. It was a place to stay. That's it. Nothing special about the cabins or area. Would not recommend. Pay a little more to get a hotel room.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay! KOA was a great choice for us--affordable camping (during the weekend of the eclipse--we booked 6 months in advance, and all other rates in the area were outrageous) clean bathrooms, access to drinking water, great staff, and everything was well maintained. We will definitely stay here again, maybe try a cabin next time!

Stayed in the cabins here and it was great. Perfect size for what we needed and pretty comfortable. Not too far from grand Teton National Park. Only negative was their WiFi. It says they have it but it was pretty non-existent unless you went to the main office.

This KOA is about 10/15 minutes south of Jackson. The tent site we stayed in was quite a walk from bathroom/shower area. I would suggest staying here if you can get a tent spot down near the river! They do have a number of cabins and RV spots but it appeared they were aiming to keep the cabin folk happy. I wouldn't suggest for more than a 2 night stay due to the limited number of options in the campground. Overall, the 1 night stay was a 7/10.

It's in a great location and the view is stunning. But that's kind of it.. our cabin door would slam shut. The bathrooms are kind of gross. They advertise wireless, but the signal is so poor you can't even grab a connection. You have to be sitting right in the lobby. Which closes extremely early. The staff is mediocre. Really strict and stern. And there's no playground. They advertise one, along the river. It's a broken metal dome that's been taken over by nature. But hey, you have a great view, so that's nice.
