Jackson County Physical Therapy LLP

Be careful of billing. Was told when made my appointment what the charges would be, then a month later got a bill for extra amount owed.... wasn't a ton more but still felt very shady that I was told a fixed cost for my services, then was billed more later on. Know that insurance is always a touchy subject, but when I am told that would be the cost of the service, which wasn't cheap, I certainly didn't expect to have to pay more.

I would definitely recommend this place, they took great care of me. I went to them after ACL/meniscus surgery and going there made a huge difference. My PT Tim was very honest and helpful. He didn't try to squeeze cash out of me like I've heard some PT's will do. My recovery was clearly what was most important to him, which I really appreciate. For some people it is hard to pay for all the physical therapy they need, which he understood and taught me things I could do at home. Hopefully I wont need to send anyone here, but I will if they need it.
