Went out for dinner with some friends and we chose to sit on the upstairs patio. Wasn't too busy which was nice, but it was a bit chilly for this time of year and there weren't propane tanks available for the heaters yet end of April.nn Food was delicious - there was six of us and we shared three apps. We got the calamari, spinach dip, and bruschetta that were good portion sizes to share for all of us. Then there were two burger mains, two steak mains, a personal nacho, and fish tacos and no complaints there.nn Drinks were yummy and the fishbowl cocktails are worth the price for how gigantic they are so definitely recommend but know they're the size of a large crystal ball. nn‍ Service was super friendly so thanks to Jay and new trainee, Andria, for being amazing!
My only complaint is you definitely feel rushed by staff to order and leave quickly on weekends. We had to ask for napkins and utensils and straws as they did not come with the table. Yummy food though especially the lobster dip.nnDefinitely go somewhere else if you want to relax and not feel rushed.
We had an amazing experience there today! The food was fantastic, especially the Breaded Buffalo Mac and Cheese, the Buttery Beer wasn’t the greatest tho:nnOur server Reanna was the best! She was so sweet and made our experience very enjoyable and comfortable. Would love to see her again
My friend and I had the pleasure of being served by Ethan tonight and he was absolutely fantastic. Ethan was so friendly and accommodating and very knowledgeable of the menu. The service was fast and the atmosphere was really lively. I’d definitely recommend Jack Astor’s to family, friends and will definitely be coming back soon!
Decided to go when there was a game on and didn't know until I got there. Pretty loud, was a little hard to hear the waiter but managed to get my order in. Had the beaches in a bowl fishbowl, holy smokes BBQ burger and truffle fries. The food and drink were very tasty, wish there was a little more BBQ sauce on the burger but everything else was amazing. The waiter was fast, friendly and efficient. Overall 5/5
